The nursing collection in the HSC Segars Library consists of reference works, circulating books, magazines, audiovisual software, and access to databases.

BOOKS

By doing a word search in the online book catalog you can identify books and other resources on the topic of general nursing, as well as more specific topics. Possible subject headings of interest for your course are:  Holistic nursing, Nursing assessment, Nursing care plans, Nursing diagnosis, Nursing ethics, and Nursing skills.  Most resources devoted to nursing are classified under the call numbers RG -RT.  eBooks may be accessed via netLibrary from the library's web page.
