| Candidates who are confident, organized, patient, resilient, creative, flexible, and fun. Have a passion for kids and strong motivation to improve the lives of at-ridk low income kids.
Manadtory, to participant in all of the training sessions, including 1 week pre-service training from August 12-16, 2013 prior to start of WINGS program at the elementary school, and during college holidays may be required dependent upon school district schedule.
