How to Log In

In order to log in to Desire2Learn (D2L), you will need to use your College ID - this is not your social security number - preceded by the letter A (upper case).

This College ID may be found on your registration/course schedule, your student bill, or in Web Advisor (on your Curriculum Plan to the right of your name).  It is 7 digits long and usually begins with a 0. Your user ID will look like the following: A0012345. If you do not know what your ID number is you must take a photo ID to the Registrar's Office. ID numbers will not be given out over the phone or via e-mail.

Passwords:

All passwords for Desire2Learn (D2L) are initially set to your student ID number. If you have forgotten what your password is you can have it e-mailed to you as long as you add your personal e-mail address to the D2L system. Log in to the D2L system and use the menu item E-Mail Address on the left-hand menu.

Log In Requirements

During the first week of class you must log in to your course or you will be dropped as a "No Show". You can use the WebCT e-mail system to contact your instructor once you have successfully logged in to your course. If you need assistance with your username and password contact the Online College at 843-661-8117. Once you have logged in to your course you must continue to log in on a regular basis. Students who go more than 48 hours without logging in are subject to being dropped for non-participation.
