Graduates of the Management program are equipped to either start up their own businesses or to become managers/supervisors for local businesses or national chains. Most retailers, for example, have management development programs in which its employees can learn, work and climb the corporate supervision ladder. Graduates are equipped, by the end of this program, to write a business plan which can be used in acquiring necessary financing and setting business objectives. Salaries range from $20,000 - $37,000.
This program focuses on management with an emphasis on small business management. Students are taught planning, staffing, organizing, directing, and controlling techniques necessary for careers in management.
