MS Excel Level 1
Max Participants (8)* | Our Level 1 Excel course will give you the confidence and skills to use an Excel spreadsheet to enter, change and analyze information. You’ll learn how to format numbers and text, use some basic Excel Formulas (SUM, MIN, MAX, AVERAGE etc.) and create charts.

MS Excel Level 2
Max Participants (15)* | In this intermediate Excel course, you will learn time-saving techniques including Conditional Formatting, range names and formulas such as Average, Min, Max and Count IF. You will also learn how to create a basic Pivot Table to summarize large sets of data quickly and easily.

MS Excel Level 3
Max Participants (15)* | The Microsoft Office Excel Level 3 course lets learners build upon their foundational and intermediate knowledge of working with spreadsheets and introduces participants to high-end features, like PivotTables and Charts, collaborating with others, and automating complex or repetitive tasks.

MS Excel Level 4
Max Participants (15)* | This course is designed for individuals with a high level of aptitude in using Excel functions and formulas. The function categories range from Math and Trig, Date and Time, Text, Lookup and Reference, Statistical, Financial, Logical, and Information. The power users will create several business profitability formulas and will also be presented with data analysis tools for management decision making.

MS PowerPoint
Max Participants (8)* | PowerPoint is computer software created by Microsoft which allows the user to create slides with recordings, narrations, transitions and other features in order to present information. The most widely used application for creating a computer-based presentation, slide shows, and video links. PowerPoint graphics are commonly used for basic process flow and pictorial descriptions.

MS Project 1
Max Participants (8)* | Developing a project plan by creating the project calendar, organizing and outlining tasks into a work breakdown structure, employing task dependency relationships, creating and assigning resources, modifying resource assignments, leveling resources, and finalizing the project by analyzing the critical path prior to setting the project baseline.

MS Project 2
Max Participants (8)* | Microsoft Project 2 is advanced project management software that assists a project manager in developing a plan, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, managing the budget, and analyzing workloads that is available under the Microsoft Campus Agreement.

MS Macros 1
Max Participants (8-10)* | This course is designed to acquaint the user with macro creation by introducing them to the macro recorder. There will be a preliminary groundwork set for proper macro blueprinting in the development process. The users will also be introduced to the Visual Basic editor window where the basic fundamentals of the programming language will be discussed. They will explore such facets of programming as variable and constant declaration, branching commands, looping, and error trapping.

MS Macros 2
Max Participants (8-10)* | This course will continue the discussion of fundamental Visual Basic programming by presenting the user with further examples of variable declaration plus branching and looping commands. There will also be exposure to array variables along with creating Visual Basic Functions, both for use in spreadsheet formulas as well as in Sub procedures. In addition, the user will develop custom dialog forms while exploring a variety of Active X controls. Besides discovering various error handling routines, the user will examine an assortment of debugging tools and techniques.

MS Publisher
Max Participants (15)* | Publisher is a powerful software application used for desktop publishing. It allows you to manipulate features such as page size, text, graphics, and borders. Publisher’s strengths are in its ability to bring together text and images to make professional looking flyers, brochures, handouts, and newsletters
