The world famous Preservation Hall Jazz Band from New Orleans is coming to Florence, Thursday night, November 3, 2016 at Club SiMT to help raise scholarships for Florence-Darlington Technical College (FDTC) students.
The FDTC Educational Foundation brings you the 52nd annual “Let’s Get Jazzed” event for what will be a night of New Orleans Dixieland Jazz at Club SiMT at the Southeastern Institute of Manufacturing and Technology!
“Let’s Get Jazzed” benefits the FDTC Educational Foundation and its important work helping deserving students go to and stay in college.
“When you purchase your jazz tickets your funds will go directly to make sure a young person continues their dream of getting a higher education,” says Jill Lewis, Vice President of the FDTC Educational Foundation.
The Preservation Hall Jazz Band is internationally known and is making its second appearance at Club SiMT. The band dazzled Gala crowds in 2011.
