The Florence Darlington Technical College softball team will host a recruit camp for 14 to 19-year-old girls (sophomore- seniors) on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 10 a.m. The camp is open to any sophomore, junior or senior, and it will be held at Francis Marion University at the softball field located behind the Smith Gymnasium. Defense skills and hitting techniques will be addressed, and the camp is focused on recruiting athletes interested in learning more about our program.
Camp Instructions:
- Practice attire
- Bring your own beverage
- Bring your own bat/glove/etc.
- No cost for the camp
Camp Schedule:
- Sign-in | 10 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
- Defensive skills camp | 10:00 a.m. - 12 p.m.
- Lunch | 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
- Offense skills camp | 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Pitching workouts | 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
