Florence-Darlington Technical College standout pitcher David Parkinson has verbally committed to play at the University of Mississippi. The Tech Stinger is a freshman left-hander with a 3.09 Earned Run Average in nine starts. Parkinson has 49 strikeouts in over 43 innings this year. The men Stingers are seeded third going into the NJCCA Region X Tournament which begins in May.
