Accuplacer Walk-in Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 10:00am
Tests are untimed. Average test taker completes full test in 3 hours.
Online/remote testing will remain available by appointment, temporarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays to accommodate test takers who are not comfortable with in-person testing.
Accuplacer testing is a placement test and is comprised of the following portions:
- 20 Math questions
- 20 Reading questions
- 25 Sentence Skills questions
Students are allowed to take the placement a maximum amount of three times. Students must wait 14 days and pay a $10.00 retest fee for the second and third attempt of the placement test. This fee is payable to the FDTC Business Office.
