The Testing Center
The Testing Center provides a comfortable, secure environment with the latest technology for testing services. The Center promotes access to educational success, progress to educational goals, and workforce-driven testing services to the three-county service area (Florence, Darlington, and Marion).
Entrance Exams
- Next-Generation Accuplacer - A computer based assessment designed to evaluate skills in mathematics, reading, and writing.
- TEAS - Tests of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) is the college's Health Science Entrance examination.
Credit-by-Exam
- CLEP - College-Level Examination Program offers you the opportunity to receive college credit for what you already know.
- DSST - Dantes Subject Standardized Test are credit-by-examination tests originated by the United States Department of Defense's Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support.
Cerificate and Licensure
- Metro Testing - Provides online, computer-based testing services for the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR).
Pre-Employment Screening
- WorkKeys - A series of assessments that measure the skills critical for workforce success.
Proctoring Services
- Proctoring Services - Florence-Darlington Technical College provides proctoring services for external colleges and organizations.
