The Essentials of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (Certificate) is a program that provides students with the basic knowledge of installing and maintaining heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. The state-of-the-art labs are equipped with a diverse offering of different HVAC and refrigeration equipment to help the students achieve success. The program is reviewed by an HVAC advisory committee in the Pee Dee region. After completion of the certificate, students have the option to continue on with the degree.
- Day classes at the Main Campus will take 1 year (2 semesters)
- Day classes at The Continuum in Lake City will take 2 years (4 semesters) *This option will also benefit high school students who wish to take dual enrollment classes while still in high school.
