QuickStart designed the IT Technician Bootcamp for emerging IT professionals with at least a high school degree and no prior experience in the IT field. A college degree is not required. The bootcamp offers learners a pathway to break into the IT industry with a comprehensive program that provides training in industry-aligned skills, and the technical expertise to accelerate into a new career path. IT technician or support roles are vital to the IT workforce, as they keep the technologies that organizations rely on to do business up-to-date and running smoothly. Many IT pros have begun their career as IT support or helpdesk technicians and developed their niche roles from this entry-level experience. In this bootcamp, students will master the skills necessary to obtain an entry-level IT support or specialist role. Through interactive class sessions, mentoring sessions, and a project, you'll gain industry-aligned skills to earn valuable certifications. Students who complete the program will emerge prepared to enter the IT support field in an entry-level helpdesk, technician or specialist role.
