Offered by Prominent Solutions: A 360 Real Estate Academy This 30-hour course is the second step in South Carolina's real estate licensing education. Designed for newly licensed agents, it reinforces essential knowledge and sharpens practical skills to ensure ethical, compliant, and professional conduct in real estate transactions. Module A: Agency and Property Disclosure Master the essentials of agency relationships and disclosure requirements. Students will learn how to explain agency options, respond to client questions, and apply proper procedures with documented compliance. Module B: Real Estate Contracts Analyze and complete common real estate contracts with clarity and confidence. This module focuses on the structure, clauses, and legal implications of real estate agreements. Module C: Ethics and Real Estate Navigate ethical challenges in real estate through critical thinking. Students will examine real-world scenarios to evaluate decisions and justify actions based on professional ethics. Module D: Measurements and Valuation Learn to accurately measure property, perform pricing calculations, and conduct market analyses. This module builds technical skills that support informed pricing strategies. Module E: Fair Housing Dive deep into Fair Housing laws and practices.
