50-06 Academic Renewal

Policy Description

1. Florence-Darlington Technical College recognizes that students with a previous academic history of one or more semesters with a GPA of less than 2.0 may be effectively prevented from attaining new career and educational goals. Under the Academic Renewal Policy, a student may request that previously earned grades in coursework taken at Florence-Darlington Technical College be "forgiven" and not applied to the student's new program of study.
