70-09 Authorized Signatures for Depository

Policy Description

All money drawn from the general operating fund depository in the form of a check will require two signatures, that of the President and the Vice President of Finance and Administration. Authorized persons under adequate bond of the Area Commission can also sign checks in the event of an emergency.

The President will implement additional administrative controls if deemed desirable.
