Policy Description

Florence-Darlington Technical College (FDTC) is a state agency subject to South Carolina laws governing public entities and must abide by these rules. FDTC’s Procurement Department is an extension of the South Carolina Division of Procurement Services with delegated authority to coordinate all procurements of goods, services and construction for FDTC according to Title 11, Chapter 35, of the South Carolina Code of Laws. The President, Vice President of Finance and Administration (or his/her designee), and Procurement Manager are the only persons authorized to bind the College by contract.
