Policy Description

It is the policy of the State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education that all faculty, staff and administrative personnel adhere to the statutes of all federal laws as they pertain to the use and distribution of copyrighted information. This policy is to include but not be limited to all federal copyright laws that precede and succeed the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998.
