70-30 Customer Property Liability

Policy Description

In performing repairs or maintenance on personal property, the College shall not be liable for theft, fire damage, or malicious vandalism while such property is in the care of the College or its employees. Further, each person desiring to have repairs or maintenance performed on personal property shall be required to sign a waiver to this effect before the College will accept the personal property.
