70-11 Preparation of the Budget

Policy Description

The President of the College is responsible for the preparation each fiscal year of the budget of estimated income and expenditures for the College on such forms and in the manner as prescribed by the South Carolina State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education.

The budget will be submitted to the Area Commission for approval prior to submitting to the State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education as required each year, and will be certified as official by the minutes of the Area Commission Board minutes.
