Policy Description

It is the policy of Florence-Darlington Technical College that smoking by students, employees, and visitors is not permitted inside any building owned or leased by the College. The College will provide a smoke-free environment while providing designated areas for persons who desire to smoke. Points of ingress and egress for all structures shall be deemed smoke free. Smoking areas shall be identified by appropriate signage and smoking shall be restricted to such approved locations.
