The Past, Present, & Future - Men and Women in Welding

Welding has traditionally been predominantly a man's job, but female welders are on the rise.  Let's motivate men and women to finish what they have started.  Motivating both grows to stay the course and finish.  Mental Health speaker will speak and FREE Pizza will be served during lunch.
